In March 2017, the Rule of Law Collaborative held the JUSTRAC symposium, “Youth and the Rule of Law in Sub-Saharan Africa,” in Cape Town, South Africa. The Rule of Law Collaborative produced a report based on the discussions from the symposium, which includes recommendations to practitioners, policymakers, donors including the U.S. Government, governments in the region, and other stakeholders.
