Victoria Ayer is Training Director for the Rule of Law Collaborative (ROLC), which she joined in October 2020. Having worked on four continents, she brings over 20 years of experience as a rule of law practitioner, which includes serving as USAID’s Senior Governance and Anti-Corruption Advisor, an Associate Social Affairs Officer for the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and, most recently, Team Leader for the Mobilising Data for Anti-Corruption (MODAC), a multi-country anti-corruption program. A former member of the Board of Directors for the Open Government Partnership, she brings extensive experience in program management and strategic planning, along with expertise in curriculum development and technical assistance.
She received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Rice University.
