On October 11, 2022, the University of South Carolina’s Rule of Law Collaborative hosted five men and women judges or court administrators from Moldova as part of the Council for International Visitors (CIV), a committee of the Columbia Council for Internationals (CCFI). These groups met to gain new perspectives by the exchange of ideas with people of other cultures for mutual enrichment and understanding, create a comfortable environment in which international visitors can have the broadest possible experience and give the international visitors every opportunity to observe and participate in activities of the community.

During their discussion at ROLC, staff gave the delegates a view of integrating perspectives on the Rule of Law and advancing sustainable solutions for challenges around the world.
