American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative

ROLC implements the JUSTRAC+ program (since 2018) and the Supporting Criminal Justice Reform and Strengthening Anticorruption Efforts in Moldova program (since 2021) in collaboration with ABA-ROLI.

Asia Foundation

ROLC implements the Building Capacity to Counter Illegal Mining (Mongolia) program in partnership with the Asia Foundation.

ROLC works with CSO in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

Since 2014, ROLC has implemented several programs with support from INL: the Justice Sector Training, Research, and Coordination Program (JUSTRAC); Combating Corruption in Conflict Countries (C4); the ongoing Justice Sector Training, Research, and Coordination Plus Program (JUSTRAC+); and the ongoing Assistance to Armenia Academy of Justice program.

Since 2020, ROLC has implemented the Sri Lanka Think Tank Capacity Building program with support from CSA.

Chemonics

Starting in 2018, with support from the USAID New Justice Program—led by Chemonics—ROLC participates in an annual Rule of Law Certification Program—launched by ROLC and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University—in Ukraine.

Defense Institute of International Legal Studies, U.S. Department of Defense

East West Management Institute

Starting in 2020, ROLC will provide expertise developing and implementing training programs on cybercrimes and electronic evidence for the investigators, prosecutors, judges, and trainers at the Armenia Academy of Justice, as part of a program led by EWMI, with support from INL.

ROLC works with the Federal Judicial Center in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, U.S. Department of Homeland Security

ROLC works with FLETC in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

In partnership with the g7+, ROLC designs and implements activities designed to increase access to justice for all in conflict-affected countries.

HiiL (Hague Institute for Innovation of Law)

ROLC works with HiiL to advance people-centered justice initiatives on a global scale.

International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program, U.S. Department of Justice

ROLC works with ICITAP in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

Metropolitan Congregations United

ROLC is working with Metropolitan Congregations United in the context of the Bridging the Divide Project. Through community-based participatory research, the partnership will examine the police-community divide in African-American communities and design interventions to bridge the divide.

Lexis Nexis Rule of Law Foundation

In partnership with the Lexis Nexis Rule of Law Foundation, ROLC is exploring initiatives to combat corruption in conflict-affected countries.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of the Netherlands

With support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, ROLC designs and implements activities designed to increase access to justice for all in conflict-affected countries.

Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, Center for International Cooperation, New York University

ROLC is a member organization on The International Task Force on Justice, an initiative of Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, to increase access to justice for all on global level, and in conflict-affected countries in particular. ROLC is one of the co-authors of the flagship Justice for All Report launched by Pathfinders.

Task Force on Justice

ROLC is a partner of the Task Force on Justice, an initiative of the Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies. The Task Force on Justice is a group of international justice leaders and experts who work together to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and promote justice among vulnerable societies.

United Nations Development Programme

ROLC works with UNDP in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

United States Agency for International Development

With support from the USAID New Justice Program, ROLC participates in the 2019-2020 Rule of Law Certification Program—launched by ROLC and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University—in Ukraine. ROLC also works with USAID’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.

UNISHKA Research Services

UNISHKA Research Services provided operational implementation for the Combating Corruption in Conflict Countries (C4) program, and ROLC and UNISHKA continue to collaborate in different ways.

ROLC works with EPA in the context of the JUSTRAC+ program, and previously the JUSTRAC program.
