On October 28, 2019, The Darla Moore School of Business will host a debate considering “Vladimir Putin and the Future of Europe: The New Hybrid War,” featuring Dr. Mitchell Orenstein from 4:30-6:00 pm, at the Moore School, room 123.
Dr. Orenstein is a leading scholar whose work focuses on the political economy and international affairs of Central and Eastern Europe. He is Professor and Chair of Russian and East European Studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. His writing and teaching focuses on comparative politics, international political economy, and international relations in Russia and Eastern Europe. During this talk, Dr. Orenstein will also discuss his 2019 book “The Lands In Between: Russia vs. the West and the New Politics of Hybrid War.”
