On September 27, 2023, the Rule of Law Collaborative at the University of South Carolina (ROLC) was awarded a two-year $800,000 Cooperative Agreement from the U.S. State Department. Under the South Asian Consortium for Regional Responsibility, ROLC will work with institutions in five South Asian countries to study international development practices by building a network of think tanks and research institutions across South Asia and collaborating on research and best practices.
