On December 15 – 17, 2022 University of South Carolina’s Rule of Law Collaborative (ROLC) delivered a training program for the Faculty of Law at the University of Colombo. ROLC Deputy Executive Director Steven Austermiller provided an in-person, interactive training experience for these Sri Lankan law professors. The program took place in Sri Lanka and was designed to assist the Faculty of Law in its efforts to develop more effective teaching methods. The Rule of Law Collaborative is helping Sri Lanka improve its legal education system, and this is part of a USAID-funded program to promote better justice for Sri Lankans.
