Combating Corruption in Conflict Countries (C4)

From 2018 to 2020, with support from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), ROLC administered the Combating Corruption in Conflict Countries (C4) initiative, with operational implementation by UNISHKA Research Service. Under the C4 initiative, ROLC conducted research and developed an innovative methodology to understand and challenge corrupt networks, schemes, and perpetrators in conflict and post-conflict environments.
