USC-ROLC Program Manager Wins Key University Award

This month, USC-ROLC Program Manager Asma Peracha was awarded the 2025 University of South Carolina Culture Builder Award. The Culture Builder Award celebrates those who make a meaningful difference by fostering a culture where everyone can thrive and contribute authentically. The criteria include:

  • Foster an inclusive environment
  • Promote fairness
  • Drive awareness and understanding
  • Support unique voices, and
  • Demonstrate tangible impact.

Ms. Peracha joined USC-ROLC in March 2022 and has worked on a variety of important projects around the world, focusing on areas such as anti-corruption, project design, legal education, and human rights. She has played a key role in USC-ROLC’s success and we are happy that she has received this nomination. On May 19, 2025, the university held its annual Outstanding Staff Award Ceremony, which honored all university nominees, including Ms. Peracha.
